Always filled with determination, it was just a matter of time until the now successful real estate entrepreneur and philanthropist Kimberlie Glaser reached her dream-filled destination. Since the time she was 14 years old growing up in Indiana, Kimberlie worked everywhere from McDonald’s to plant nurseries, and was even a nurse in the hospital until making her real estate goals a reality. This lifelong ambitious drive is what led to her being called “Tony the Tiger.”
Now splitting her time between Rochester, New York and Palm Beach, Florida, Kimberlie, who has founded a commercial real estate empire, is especially bullish on warehouses. “It’s what’s really booming right now,” she said. Her impressive portfolio includes leasing retail spaces to BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, Wegmans grocery stores, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, CVS, Starbucks, and McDonald’s.
